1. Completed Activations Are Non-Refundable

Once an SMS message has been successfully delivered and the activation is completed, no refund will be issued. By purchasing a number through MrSMS, you agree to this policy at the time of transaction.

2. Failed SMS Delivery

If you do not receive an SMS within the allowed time window, the activation will be canceled automatically and the credit will be returned to your account balance.

3. Refunds for Unused Balance

Refunds for unused account balance are not available once you have successfully activated at least one number. Partial refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, subject to manual review.

4. Time Limit for Disputes

You must report any issues related to number usage or service within 5 days of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.

5. Inactivity After Top-Up

If you topped up your account and did not use the credit for any purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date. Beyond that, refunds will not be possible.

6. Compatibility Disclaimer

MrSMS is not responsible for incompatibility with third-party services, platforms, or applications, unless compatibility is clearly mentioned on our website at the time of purchase.

7. Refund Request Process

To submit a refund request, please email [email protected] using the email address linked to your account. Your request should include:

  • Your account email address
  • Payment method and transaction ID
  • Reason for refund
  • Amount requested for refund

We typically review refund requests within 5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable transaction or processing fees.

8. Account Violations

If your account is blocked due to policy violations or misuse, you will not be eligible for any refunds. We reserve the right to deny requests in such cases.

9. Policy Updates

This refund policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are published implies acceptance of the updated policy.
